Today, representatives of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office (PARCO) in cooperation with SIGMA organized a workshop on the practical aspects of monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the Strategic Framework and Action Plan for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The goal of the workshop was for all participants in the reporting process to prepare as well as possible for the upcoming reporting cycle on the implementation of the Strategic Framework and Action Plan for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2027.

On the workshop it was discussed about the entire report preparation process: basic steps and timelines for collecting, analyzing and submitting performance data related to the preparation of the 2023 annual report, the main requirements for analyzing and submitting performance data and lessons learned from the previous round reporting.

SIGMA experts Egle Rimkuta and Inga Antanaita presented practical aspects and guidelines on how to analyze and develop information needed for reporting (report preparation).

The aforementioned issues were discussed at the workshop with coordinators for public administration reform and with members and deputy members of supervisory teams from all levels of government in BiH, all with the aim of further improving monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the Strategic Framework and Action Plan for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2027.

The cooperation with SIGMA will be continued in the following period, when activities on the revision of the Action Plan for PAR are expected to begin.
