Mission and Vision

Our mission is to coordinate the public administration reform process in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We work closely with competent institutions and administrative bodies at all levels (BiH, entities, Brčko District), as well as with the international community and donors.

Our goal is to create an efficient, transparent, economical, and modern public administration that is fully oriented toward its citizens. We achieve this through:

• Joint work with political, operational, and supervisory structures.
• Initiating and directing financial support and technical assistance.
• Implementing reform measures through projects.
• Promoting the overall reform process.
• Monitoring and evaluating the overall progress of the reform.

Our vision is to become an institution with developed organizational, human resources, and technical capacities. We aim to ensure the sustainability of achieved results and continue the modernization and improvement of public administration in BiH. Our ultimate goal is for public administration to be aligned with the principles of the European administrative space and to meet the expectations of citizens, the business community, and society as a whole.
