In this category, you can find evaluation reports of completed projects funded by the Public Administration Reform Fund.
The aim of the evaluation is to assess the success of a project’s implementation after its completion, determine its purpose, and analyze the implications of project activities on achieving the project’s goal. The evaluation is also conducted to assess the sustainability of the project and to identify lessons learned from the project implementation process, which can then be used to plan future projects more effectively and efficiently.
The evaluation of projects funded by the PARF is carried out by the Donor Coordination, Finance, Supervision, and Evaluation Unit of the PAR Coordinator’s Office, as a body independent of the project’s implementation.
The evaluation is based on the Guidelines for Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects funded by the PARF, which were adopted by the PARF Management Board. The Management Board also adopts the Evaluation Reports, thereby making them official.
All project evaluation reports will be published in this category.
