The representatives of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office and the Civil Service Agency of BiH, with the support of the expert Igor Markovski, held in the previous two days in Tuzla the training for implementation of the CAF quality management model for the employees of the Agency for Anti-Doping Control of BiH.
That is, this institution, in the wish to increase its efficiency and follow international trends, decided to implement this quality management model in order to improve their operations. We would like to remind that this is the fourth institution that started implementing the CAF model in the second cycle of CAF introduction in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These activities are implemented in accordance with the “Operation Plan for Introduction of Quality Management in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period from 2016 to 2018”, and they are supported by both the “Programme of Strengthening of Public Institutions”, which is implemented in BiH by the German GIZ, as well as by the British Embassy in BiH.
