In Sarajevo on April 18, and 19, the foreign policy initiative of BH with the support of the regional project “SMART Balkans – Civil society for a connected society in the Western Balkans” as part of the supported project “WeBER Plus” organized the National Training for the PAR State Working Group in BiH – Module I: “Strategic framework of the PAR in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.

The aim of the training was to improve the knowledge of representatives of civil society on monitoring the process of planning, creation, implementation and reporting on the Strategic Framework for PAR in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and so that they could participate in the process of creating and/or monitoring the implementation of public administration reform. In addition to lecturers from VPI, the trainers were employees of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, Nedžib Delić, head of the Operational Unit, and Vedrana Faladžić, senior associate for public relations.

The Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD), together with partner organizations from Albania – Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) and North Macedonia – Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), is implementing a project called SMART Balkan – Civil Society for a Connected Western Balkans, which contributes to the strengthening of participatory democracies and Euro-Atlantic integration in the Western Balkans by empowering civil society organizations (CSOs) and CSO networks for a stronger and more active role in creating peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. The SMART Balkans project is financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
