Yesterday, representatives of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office held a training session for civil servants entitled “Modernization and improvement of the work of organizations with the CAF tool”.
The participants were able to get acquainted with the CAF 2020 tool as an advanced instrument for improving the work of public administration, as well as with the principles of public administration as a basis for the modernization of public administration.
Also, the participants were able to be educated about the method of self-assessment of the organization, as well as about the development of plans for the improvement of the organization.
