The members of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, at the session of 30 May this year in Brčko, gave agreement to awards of the contracts for two reform projects “Development of electronic trainings for the needs of the civil service / administration in BiH” and procurement of IT equipment for implementation of the project “Implementation of common services for e-Services”.
The purpose of the project “Development of electronic trainings for the needs of the civil service / administration in BiH” is establishment of efficient system of education of civil servants, more efficient cooperation between the civil servants, and development and exchange of experiences by specially designed system of information provision. This project, stemming from the needs of the competent civil service / administration agencies from the levels of BiH, the FBiH and the RS and the Subdepartment for human resources of the BD BiH, implies development of a total of 20 electronic trainings for the civil servants from these four administration levels. Developed electronic trainings will be available on the platforms of the said agencies for online learning.
The PARF JMB members adopted also the terms of reference “Upgrade of the Information system in the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of BiH, the Civil Administration Agency of the Republic of Srpska and the Subdepartment for Human Resources of the Brčko District of BiH”. A specific purpose of the project is to ensure more efficient, more modern and timely management of human resources in the civil service bodies of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Srpska and the Brčko District of BiH through information technologies.
The PARF JMB adopted also the terms of reference “Strategic Communication – Phase II”, as well as the tender documentation. During project implementation, there will be a research on the practices of strategic communication among the public relations / information officers of the institutions at the level of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Government of the Federation of BiH, the Government of the Republic of Srpska and the Government of the Brčko District of BiH, with a special accent on the results and effects of implementation of communication strategies.
The Quarterly report of the Public Administration Reform Fund for the period 1st January – 31st March 2017 was adopted.
