Oslobođenje: "I have just been informed that Bosnia and Herzegovina has fulfilled conditions for concluding arrangement with the International Monetary Fund", has been said by the Prime Minister, Mustafa Mujezinović during the yesterday’s session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the FBiH.

– In regards to that, session of the IMF governors will probably be held on June 8 or 9, has been added by Mujezinović.

Promise of the EC

Mujezinović has previously said to delegates that BiH and its entities currently do not have a better exit out of this situation caused by the droop of revenues in budgets and by high public spending, than to sign the agreement with the IMF on stand by arrangement. The report on the process of negotiating with the IMF Mujezinović has submitted in the frame of article inserted into the agenda due to proposal of the SDP.

Credits to the employed of Developmental bank

"On the basis of which paragraph of the Law on banks has the Developmental bank of the FBiH assigned the residential credits for its 72 employees, for which 2.4 million KM has been spent, and what will the chairman of the Assembly of the DB undertake", Prime Minister Mustafa Mujezinović has been asked by delegate of the DNZ, Hafeza Sabljaković. Nerim Nikšić from SDP has asked the Prime Minister on which way has been done the selection of those to whom the director of the DB, Ramiz Džaferović has assigned the donations in the amount of 273.000 KM, among which are the Local community Puhovac, the Club of treated alcoholics, the Association Survival of villages…There were no direct answers.

– I have talked to representative of the European Commission. As soon as we conclude the agreement, the EC has promised a grant of 40 million Euros for development of middle and small entrepreneurship, has been pointed out by Mujezinović.

Despite of a frantic discussion, the Proposal Law on ensuring the funds for regular supplying by natural gas in the FBiH has been adopted by the urgent procedure. If it gets adopted by the House of Peoples, the law will legalize the tax for war debt, which is being paid by consumers in the FBiH by the decision of the Government since January 1st. But, its application will start once it gets adopted in the RS, where there is no tax yet.

Delegates were not satisfied by the fact that the consumers in the FBiH pay the tax for debt of 104 million dollars to the Russian provider, even though the height of debt in the FBiH, or the RS was not determined.

Debt for gas

– You are serving the law, by which it is not known if the agreement on how much of total debt goes to the FBiH has been reached, while the companies from the Russian Federation have a debt towards our companies, which is at the dead point. Now the consumers will pay the inability of those who did not solve this, has been said by Ante Čolak.

Departmental Minister, Desnica Radivojević has said that by the tax of five dollars on hundred cubic of gas there will be ensured some money for the war debt and for intervention supplying of consumers in the case of new gas crisis. To the question of Hafeza Sabljaković on how much will it cost the budgets of citizens; Minister did not have an answer.

Radivojević did not answer to the question if the debt can be paid by tax, because she did not have such analysis.
