Dnevni avaz: Because of the introduction of fiscalization system, for less than a year, only in Banja Luka 685 trading stores have been closed, is the data unofficially confirmed to "Dnevni avaz". According to the information from the Association of Unions of the RS, in first four months this year, around 16.000 workers have lost their jobs in smaller entity, out of which 1.431 have been dismissed due to the stoppage of business of their companies.

This figure, according to analyses of the Union, relates mostly to small stores and catering objects, which have stopped working because they were not able to adapt themselves to the fiscalization process. This has also been confirmed by the fact that at the beginning of this year there were 1.035 trading stores in Banja Luka, and there are only 350 of them today.

Scary interests of governments

The fiscal counter, whose lowest price in the RS was around 750 KM, should be possessed by all objects, in which the profits are being achieved in cash. Experts remind that there were tendencies in the RS to sell as many counters as possible.

– There are scary interests, because the services of procuring the counters and expenditures of maintaining them are in hands of companies behind which there is a whole government standing. We can expect real consequences because of the fact that 70 to 100 million KM in the RS have been allocated for the counters, which have been around 20 years old, and a huge damage has been brought to small economists – Miljević has warned.

According to the opinion of economic expert Damir Miljević, the worst damage has been brought to small economists.

– On the region of BiH, more concretely in the RS, the system has also been imposed at locations where there is no absolute justification for introducing the fiscal counter. So, besides the small stores, we also have fiscal counters in non-government organizations – he has said.

Fiscalization system should continue next year in the FBiH as well. As it has been explained by Filip Ujević, federal minister of finance adviser and chairman of the Working group, which has created the Pre-draft law on fiscal systems in the FBiH, by establishing this system in this entity we can expect closing the certain number of stores.

– This is a risk, which has been inserted in all positive effects of fiscalization. When speaking of the RS, it is probably about economists, who have been "non-circled" in their business. This is not just a case in the RS. By introducing an order, everywhere is being done a selection of those who work without order. Those, who are not able to function normally, will probably close their stores. That is a negative effect, but not a huge danger, not even the short-term one – Ujević has said. He reminds that positive effects of fiscalization can be bigger and it will happen that some stores, which have got closed, might include themselves in business later.
