Oslobođenje: The delegates of the National Assembly of the RS have adopted yesterday the Law on Public-Private Partnership in the RS, in which the subject, principles, manners and forms under which the public-private partnership can be achieved as a form of joining the resources, capital and professional knowledge for building, modifying and maintaining the infrastructure, are being arranged.
The frame objective of the public-private partnership is to improve service providing to citizens in the case of too many requests before the public sector and when there is a lack of budget funds for financing the public needs.
The process of adopting the law, which will regulate this partnership in the FBiH, has already been initiated. Today, regarding that, in the Economy Chamber of the FBiH in Sarajevo, deliberation on the pre-draft law, in whose preparation more ministries in the Government of the FBiH have participated, will be organized.
