"I hope we have initiated the process, which will last and that the knowledge and new technology management will contribute to more qualitative usage of computers we have. I believe that basic knowledge does not make a difference between business and public administration, and knowledge from the area of information-communication technologies is exactly a basic knowledge", has been said by chairman of the Organization board of conference, Slavko Vidović.

According to the dean of the Economy Faculty in Sarajevo, Veljko Trivun, processes on which it will be talked at conference, represent a light future.

"These parameters should not only be coordinated, the changes should be led as well. When these four parameters get networked, they create competitiveness", Lagumdžija has said.

"We live in time with the Stone age emotions, the Middle age beliefs, and divine technology", Lagumdžija has said during the lecture. He has said that the competitiveness is to know what the others know, or to find out before the others. Knowledge management is exactly that, to know before the others know.
