Dnevni list: The Institution of Ombudsman for Human Rights of BiH has created a special report, in which it recommends to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH to undertake, by urgent procedure, the activities on changes and amendment of the Law on Salaries and Remunerations in the Institutions of BiH, and remove the evident discriminative regulations, which regulate the right on remuneration of employed in the Institutions of BiH during the maternity leave.

By the change of law, ombudsmen recommend enabling the employed from those institutions for the achievement of rights on remuneration of salary for the period of using the maternity leave.
