The Federal Ministry of Work and Social Policy has proposed, and the Government of the FBiH, in continuation of the 97th session in Mostar, adopted the Regulation on private agencies for mediation in employment.
The agencies, to which the license for work has been given by the Federal Ministry of Work and Social Policy, besides mediation in employment, consult and inform the employers and unemployed persons on possibilities of hiring, and organize professionalization and education of unemployed and guide them professionally.
Private agencies are not allowed to mediate in employment of persons in case of knowing that the employer looks for the persons who will replace employed in strike. Mediation of the agency can only be collected from employer, by a tariff determined by specific act, has been informed from the Office for public relations of the Government of the FBiH, reports portal ekapija.
