Nezavisne novine: The Council of Ministers of BiH has yesterday established a working group for civil property census, which should start working by the end of this month.
"Working group will have 13 members and decisions will be adopted by consensus. State institutions, institutions of entities and of the Brčko District will nominate their representatives in this commission. Civil property census should be done in maximally six months. It will not determine in advance a solution for its division. It will be solved by law, which needs to be adopted", has been said by chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Nikola Špirić.
Haste with hymn
The Council of Ministers of BiH will soon deliberate the proposal text of hymn of BiH, which has been selected by a special commission, and send it to a parliamentary procedure, has been announced by chairman Špirić. "I see that hymn with new text is already being performed. That is little to early and there is no need to rush things. We will very soon deliberate the proposal text and send it to the Parliament", Špirić has said.
By decision on forming of working group, which has been adopted yesterday, it has been précised that there will be prescribed a property which BiH has received by succession of SFRJ, property whose owner was former SR BiH and all other property for which after the analysis of land and ownership registries becomes determined as a civil property.
By adopting this decision, one of conditions of the Peace Implementation Council for BiH (PIC) has been fulfilled.
The Council of Ministers has also adopted the information on fulfilling the conditions for liberalization of visa regime, in which it has been stated that the local governments have fulfilled 147 out of 174 conditions for visa abolishment.
"18 requirements more are in the procedure of solving, while nine of them have been unrealized. Among them there is nothing specifically problematic, therefore I believe that we will succeed to solve them as well, and follow other countries from region in the process of liberalization of visa regime. I believe that by the end of this year we will be able to have a white Schengen for citizens of BiH", Špirić has said.
The Council of Ministers of BiH has at yesterday's session nominated the Council for sport of BiH, and given approvals to rulebooks on internal organization of the Ministry of Security of BiH and the Identification Documents, Data Exchange and Evidence Agency of BiH.
State ministers have also supported the initiative for holding of the Vienna economic forum in Sarajevo in September this year. The Council of Ministers will be co-sponsor of this economic summit which gathers 13 countries from Adriatic to Black see.
