Oslobođenje: From 2005. to 2008. in the Federation of BiH has been executed the audit in 461 out of 469 authorities of civil service, which proportionally is 98.7. 126 services have been controlled in Sarajevo, 100 in Zenica, 83 in Mostar, and per 76 in Tuzla and Livno, reports Fena.
By deliberating the report of the Civil Service Agency of the FBiH on the condition of staff in the authorities of civil service in the Federation for 2008., the Government of the Federation of BiH has determined that in the cantonal authorities there have been employed 6.062 civil servants and 13.631 employees.
It has been concluded that by the rulebooks on the internal organization of those authorities 9.724 work positions of civil servants and 15.572 work positions of employees have been systematized. Also, it has been concluded that the resolutions on cancelation of working relation have been adopted for 117 civil servants who have not fulfilled the conditions in sense of professional qualification, for 290 of them because of the illegal hiring and for 25 because they did not fulfill any of those conditions.
