Oslobođenje: The Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Nedžad Branković has yesterday together with his coworkers met with the chief of the World Bank Office in BiH, Marco Mantovanelli.

The topic of this meeting was the implementation of the regulatory reform "Guillotine of regulations" in the FBiH. Prime Minister has introduced his guests with the last activities of the FBiH Government when speaking of the so called small guillotine, which is related to the reform of laws from the inspection affairs in the FBiH, in order to increase the financial discipline and simplify the process of registration of business.

When speaking of the continuation of this process, Branković has especially pointed out on the significance of support in implementing these reform interventions in the Parliament of the FBiH. Therefore, he has proposed holding the special thematic session of the Parliament of the FBiH, dedicated to regulatory reforms and obligations which in that sense stand before the delegates.

While speaking of the reform of the state administration, Branković has pointed out the preparation of laws on civil servants and employees and salaries in public administration. By stating that the "Guillotine of regulations" is a very important project, Marco Mantovanelli has said that the FBiH has achieved a certain progress in that sense, but there are also many activities and challenges in front of it.

The whole reform process depends on the successful completion of the small guillotine, Mantovanelli has said. Normally, the "Guillotine of regulations" is the instrument for a quick overview of regulations, abolishing those which are no longer being used and changing the existing ones, in order to create a better business ambient, has been notified from the Public Relations Office of the FBiH Government.
