Dnevni avaz: In three months, in the FBiH should start the application of a totally new system of control of work of the stations for technical check of vehicles. Each vehicle will by the obligated technical check be photographed, and without those photographs the documentation on accuracy of vehicle will not be valid. "Economic engineering institute" from Zenica, as the authorized institution of the FBiH Government, has already realized the introduction of the system of video-camera in all 155 stations of technical checks.
– We have established such system that a video-note will be available in realistic time, and we should also solve a question of attaching the whole project to the network of the Identification documents, data exchange and evidence agency of BiH (IDDEA), or former CIPS, and the approval of usage of the electronic forms for evidence of technical check of the vehicle. With the establishment of the ownership paper, and this measure, a list of illegalities in this area will surely be suppressed – has been said for our paper by Fuad Klisura, director of the IPI Zenica.
According to him, citizens will not have any additional financial costs because of the establishment of new system of control, and the IPI, besides that, continually educates and controls the employed at the stations of technical check.
– Up until two years ago this field was totally abandoned, so the third of controllers in first two circles of education and verifications did not pass the exams. We now have the possibility to analyze the data from the accuracy of vehicle in detail. The biggest problems on technical checks are inaccuracy of vehicle breaks, and then follow the problems with suspensions and improper lights – Klisura points out.
