Dnevni avaz: The Prime Minister, Nikola Špirić believes that the Parliament of BiH will adopt the Annex amendment to the Constitution of BiH, by which the status of the Brčko District is being regulated, confirmed by the majority of votes at the yesterday's session of the Council of Ministers. Only the ministers from the Party for BiH have not voted for the amendment, not because they have been against it, "but because they did not have enough time to get introduced to the contained".

Complaints of the OHR

The Council of Ministers of BiH did not adopt the decision on forming the inter-departmental commission for the state property census. Špirić has said that he has proposed the composition of commission and a way on which it will work, but there were complaints from the OHR. Because of that, he has said that he "did not want to make any kind of decision which can complicate the things".

– This amendment is a material on which it has been deliberated for a long time and it is related to the compromise of three leaders. It is about the decision which is a necessary precondition for the completion of jurisdiction of the Arbitrary tribunal for dispute on the cross-entity bordering line in the area of Brčko, in harmonization with the procedure stipulated by the final arbitrary decision – Špirić has explained.

Goal of the amendment is to ensure by the Constitutional court of BiH the competency to make decision in any kind of dispute related to protection of the final status and arranging of the Brčko District, which can appear between the entities.

The ministers have not adopted the information of the Minister of Security, Tarik Sadović for delivery of data of the employed in this ministry on their possession of the dual or multiplied citizenship. It has been concluded that the Agency for protection of personal data should be asked for an opinion on legality of this request, and that Sadović should put out of inure the request sent to the civil servants and employed in the Ministry.
