Dnevni avaz: After the meeting with leaders of the PDI Institute, which have been led by director Adem Borić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the FBiH, Vjekoslav Bevanda has said for "Dnevni avaz" that this institution is before the breakdown!
– What happens with the pension system, leads to its total collapse. Well, is it normal for the students to be in pension, while their teachers do not have their years of service connected? If some paper projects of mentioned connection of years of service continue, pensions will have to be reduced – Bevanda has warned.
To the question what the problem is, he has said that pensioning of persons under exceptionally beneficial conditions is not being stopped, but the additional problem is the announcement on connecting the years of service for 48.000 persons, which is not the final number, and which is being done "by some commissions which supposedly solve it in three days".
– The years of service are being connected to each official as soon as he/she pays in one rate, regardless the fact that they remain indebted millions KM more. Who guarantees that the second rate will ever be paid? I have received an answer that the guaranties for such moves are in the hypothecs over the company property, and it appears as the PDI Institute is a company for real estates! Payment of debts must be required in cash, and that property should be given by companies to the banks as hypothecs for getting the credit, if it is worth at all. I am afraid that by the introduction of thousands of new pensioners, we will totally destroy the system by this model. There will be no money, but the pensioners will receive a list of some suspicious parcels, demolished buildings and similar – Bevanda has said.
