The person responsible for using the grant of the EU under the name "Administrative support to the operational structure of BiH for the initial phase of implementation of three bilateral IPA programs of cross-border cooperation" is Zara Halilović, vice director of the Directorate for European Integrations (DEI) for coordination of the EU assistance, on which the European Commission was notified as well, has been said to the Srna in the Cabinet of the chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
In the Cabinet of the chairman, the citations from today's "Oslobođenje" that "by releasing Osman Topčagić from the position of director, the DEI has remained without the authorized person as a signatory of realization of grant of the IPA funds of the EU" have been discarded as random, incorrect and malicious.
"It is incorrect that it has come to any kind of stoppage in the usage of grant, which in the sum of 400.000 Euros has been financed by the EU, under the name "Administrative support to the operational structure of BiH for the initial phase of implementation of three bilateral IPA programs of cross-border cooperation with neighboring countries: Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro'", has been said in the Cabinet of the chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
When considering the importance of realization of all the activities related to the EU assistance through the Pre-Accession Instrument (IPA), or more precisely the component two of mentioned instrument, the chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Nikola Špirić thinks that it is necessary to continue without any distraction all the activities related to realization of obligations through the implementation of grant, which has also been related to the mentioned component of the assistance, has been said to Srna in the Špirić's Cabinet.
