Oslobođenje: The Economic-Social Council for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has on Tuesday deliberated, but has not adopted the operational plan of implementation of the Social agreement and the Program of measures for moderating the consequences of the global economic crisis and improving the business ambient. The reason of not adopting is different standpoints of the ministers who represent the delegation of the Government of the FBiH in this three-partial authority, but also the complaints to this document stated by the representatives of the Union and employers. Agreeing of these standpoints will in the next days be of a quickened tempo.

The chairman of this council, Božidar Matić has said that regardless the final agreement and proposed measures, there is no salvation without a billion KM which should be injected into the exporting oriented companies as well. This has already been done by the governments of many countries.

“It is possible to come up to that billion if the BH Telekom pawns itself by Libya", has been suggested by Božidar Matić.

More members of this council has asked for an urgent adoption of decision on increasing the guaranties on saving investments of citizens to 50.000 KM, which has also been done by all the countries in region.

Polemic discussion has been led on the changes and amendments to the Law on Government of the FBiH, or a practical public administration reform presented by Nedžad Branković.

It is absurdly to reduce only the federal administration, if that will not at the same time happen at other levels of the government, has been said at the session.
