Nezavisne novine: The Center of Civil Initiatives (CCI) will in the next two years intensively follow the work of the local government authorities in Banja Luka, Bihać, Bijeljina, Doboj, Foča, Livno, Mostar, Novo Sarajevo, Pale, Široki Brijeg, Travnik, Trebinje, Tuzla and Zenica and it will regularly, in each six months, submit the report to the public, has been notified from the CCI.
The parameters which significantly impact the quality of citizens’ lives, as are the communal services, changes in the rate of unemployment, level of the health care protection, condition in the education in a part in which the competence has the local administration and a rate of investing in the culture and sport will be especially followed.
“By these activities the level of participation of citizens in the process of decision-making at the local level, will be increased, and cooperation between the non-governmental organizations of the government representatives will be improved", has been said by Siniša Bencun, the project chief.
