Nezavisne novine: Montenegro will soon with BiH start negotiations on dual citizenship, has been announced from the Montenegro Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Svetozar Đurović, secretary of the MIA of Montenegro, has said that the consular consultations have been held in Sarajevo three days ago, and that the question of solving the problem of dual citizenship has been initiated.
By reminding that the conversations with the Serbian Delegation have been left behind because of the obligations of participants of negotiation, Đurović has said that he expects that next week the time of a new meeting will be determined. Đurović has also said that in the negotiations with Serbia the most disputes have been around the question of who is being considered a dual citizen, but two delegations have, to some extent, got close.
