Dnevni avaz: In the Parliament of BiH they do not believe that the situation from the yesterday’s session of the House of Representatives will be repeated, when the whole agenda has received the absolute support of all delegates. The truth, ratification of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) with the European Union was the only clause of the agenda and it received a consentient support of delegates.

The presiding Niko Lozančić has announced that the Consortium will send a call to all the members of the EU to ratify the SAA as soon as possible. Shortly before the discussion, the State Prime Minister, Nikola Špirić has spoken to the delegates, by suggesting to them to administrate themselves by the final goal of the full membership in the EU.

Discussion has shown that the delegates have different visions of the first contract of BiH with the EU. Representative of the Serbian Democratic Party, Momčilo Novaković has said that “the SAA is not an award for the achieved results” and added that there is no a political will for its implementation. Martin Raguž has finished discussion by saying “it is not all so black”, by initiating that BiH pronounces next year as a year of the European integrations. After that, the delegates have been confirming the agenda of the next session for two hours. The problem was the demand of Drago Kalabić that the Presidency of BiH becomes obligated to prepare the information on contravention of the presiding Haris Silajdžić in New York and Salzburg, which has not been accepted.

Case “Vodušek”

Husein Nanić has from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sven Alkalaj asked the answer to the question what has the Ministry of Internal Affairs done regarding the traffic accident in which the Slovenian Ambassador Nataša Vodušek has been involved, and because of which one of the BiH citizens is in life danger. This question has been supported by a number of delegates.

By reacting to the quotes of Remzija Kadrić that the Parliament does not have to deliberate on it because leading the foreign politics is a competence of the joint chief of the state, Kalabić has said that this statement is a nonsense. On Silajdžić’s contraventions the House will discuss through the initiative of Branko Dokić.

On the agenda was also the code of conduct of the delegates, and Jerko Ivanković Lijanović has yesterday used a non-existence of the code and to the session he came in the t-shirt with the statement “without dilemma NSRzB”. According to the attitude of majority of delegates, the demand of Milorad Živković for change of the Law on Central Bank will probably not be adopted.
