Dnevni list: The Government of the Republic of Srpska is the first one on the Balkans to realize the project Guillotine of regulations, has been pointed out during the regional conference dedicated to the reform of the business integration in the countries of South-East Europe, which has been finished yesterday in Podgorica.
Soon – official announcement of results of the Guillotine of regulations
Representatives of the ministries of economic relations and coordination of the RS have said that soon there will be an official announcement of results of the economic analysis of the Guillotine of regulations, which will show what has brought to reduction of the operative expenditures and removing administrative obstacles for business. At the conference it has been pointed out that the Government of the RS as a goal has introduction of the RIA, or methodology of estimation of the impacts of the regulatory rules as a key instrument in creating better regulations in the legislative system of the RS.
“This instrument defines that the proposer of the law has the obligation to analyze the potential effects of regulations, precise which problem is concurrently being resolved, explain will the benefit during the application of solution which offers be bigger than expenditures”, has been notified from the Ministry of economic relations and coordination of the RS. They say that the economic analysis of the impact on small and middle companies with the purpose of improving the environment for business and offering security to the potential investors needs to be done as well.
Joint problems
It has been said at the conference that opening of companies, getting the license, registration of the ownership and solving the economy disputes, are the areas in which it should be worked on their improvement as in the countries of the region, so in the RS.
