Dnevni avaz: For the salaries and remunerations of the administration in the FBiH, this year will be spent the unbelievable billion and 427 millions KM. This is the data which has been found by "Dnevni avaz" in the Ministry for Finance of the FBiH.
This sum of money is ensured by the citizens, through paying the taxes and other bills, so 67 hundred of persons who their salaries receive from the budget of the FBiH, cantons, municipalities and state funds, can be financed. Bureaucracy by excusing itself by legislative structure, annually participates with the fifth part of the total public expenditure of the FBiH, and because of the permanent increase of salaries and remunerations, it has been estimated that in two years this percent will increase by 22%.
Most money for salaries and remunerations is being spent in ten cantons, which have the most employed. Totally, the cantonal budgets are giving the salaries for almost 50 thousand persons, for which is necessary almost a billion KM per year. After that follows the federal bureaucratic apparatus with 7.114 employed, for which is necessary to ensure almost 200 million KM per year, while from the municipal budgets with 172 million KM, the salary for about 8.000 employed has been given. However, the analysis of the Ministry for Finance of the FBiH for the next three years do not predict any kind of reduction of expenditures or number of employed on the burden of citizens. Even on burden of the tax payers, hiring at least hundred persons more is expected, and because of the salary increase for defraying the administration, 300 million KM would need to be ensured.

Municipal governments – 1.801 KM
State funds – 2.433 KM
The highest salaries and remunerations are definitely being received if they are being paid from the budget of the FBiH. So the average salary of 2.247 KM from last year will already next year be on the level of 3.470 KM.
The main reason for this jump is the fact that calculating salaries is being done on the way that the base for its calculation is 60% of an average salary of employed in the FBiH.
