Nezavisne novine: Nikola Špirić, the chairman of the Council of Ministries of BiH, and Dimitris Kourkoulas, the chief of the European Commission Delegation BiH, have talked in Sarajevo about the economic and political situation in BiH in the light of its European perspective.

With the mutually emphasized need of quickening the European integrations of BiH, Špirić and Kourkoulas have exchanged their opinions on the activities which will be taken into consideration once the European Commission has prepared the report on progress of BiH, has been announced from the Council of Ministries of BiH.

At the meeting it has also been talked about the question of nominating the state coordinator for the Instrument of Pre-Accession Assistance (DIPAK), and the demand of Brussels that the projects which are being financed from the Pre-Accession IPA funds need to be exempted of the VAT.
