Nezavisne novine: BANJALUKA – The members of the National Assembly of the RS have yesterday adopted the Draft Law on Land Registers by which it has been regulated that flat owners can register in the land registers and then obtain the right as bearers of their property.

On yesterday’s session the Draft Law on Changes of the Law on Protection of Children has been adopted. This way the content of pre-school education has been totally and systematically regulated.

The Draft Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Taxation of Personal Income has also been adopted. By this Law, transition to the model of gross salary in the RS when calculating revenues and tax on the income will be enabled.

The National Assembly of the RS has adopted the Draft Law on Electronic Document of the RS, by which they wish to create the trust of the largest public in usage and exchange of electronic documents through opened telecommunication mechanisms.

The Assembly of the RS has also adopted the Draft Law on Protection and Well-Being of Animals.
