Dnevni avaz: Director of the Directorate for European Integrations, Osman Topčagić thinks that the ambitious plan that BiH receives the status of candidate for membership in the EU until the end of 2010 is still achievable.
Assigning the status of candidate for membership would enable BiH to receive more than 100 million Euros of irretrievable funds annually – said Topčagić yesterday in Sarajevo, speaking to the members of the American Market Chamber in BiH, has been notified by Srna.
He repeated that the pre-condition for turning in the request of BiH for membership in the EU is a good result in applying the Stabilization and Association Agreement, and realization of priorities from the European Partnership, on which depends the positive opinion of the European Commission in the Report on progress of BiH in process of European integrations.
