Nezavisne novine: BANJALUKA – To the open phone of the Centre for notifying and complaining of the Republic Inspection by now have arrived 5.506 complaints of citizens from the areas controlled by 12 inspections, has been notified yesterday from the Inspection.
As it has been cited in the announcement, one third of complaints have been related to the work and work relations, and a quarter related to the transport of commodities and services.
“Received notifications and complaints of inspectors are being solved as a priority, and the open phone number is often blocked by many calls of citizens, which says that citizens believe in inspectors”, has been cited in the announcement.
It has been added to the announcement that all citizens who have some complaint can call the number 051/230-000.
