Nezavisne novine: In the last two years a lot has been done on improving the quality of services on local level in the RS. This grade was given by Zoran Lipovac, Minister of Administration and Local Self Governance of the RS, who said that, the work on improvement of quality and efficacy of administration units of local self governance is a permanent process which constantly needs to be upgraded and improved.
He said that the strategy of development of local self governance, with only one most significant question of serving citizens, is to give directions of the local administration reform with the goal of achieving a rational organization.
“In creating this strategy, besides the representatives of Ministries, the team of experts from the Economic Institute and non governmental organizations has been included”, Lipovac has said.
