Dnevni avaz: Bosnia and Herzegovina has by now fulfilled about two thirds, or about 20 out of 30 tasks which have been set before the BiH governments by Brussels. The report on progress of our country given by the European Commission depends on fulfilling these conditions.

Halid Genjac, chairman of the Joint Commission of the Parliament of BiH for the European Integrations, in his statement to “Dnevni avaz” explains that there are two issues which appear unsolvable – population census and changes of the Election Law which would enable the citizens of non Serbian nationality from the RS to be selected in the Presidency and the House of Peoples of BiH, which is not performable without legislative reform.

Many of obligations include establishing the state authorizations, which has been refused by the leaders of the RS.

On the scene we have a project that should be upsetting. It is evident that no law of any significance has been adopted for a long time. Time is being spent on everyday political outsmarting, but the efficacy of the Parliament is smaller than it has been in early after-war years. It is also evident a leisure of the Council of Ministries and the Prime Minister Nikola Špirić, who blindly performs the politics of his own Party – has been said by Genjac.

Demands to the Council of Ministries

The Joint Commission for the European Integrations has yesterday brought more conclusions according to which it has been requested from the Council of Ministries to deliver to the Parliament the action plans on performing obligations from the Temporary Agreement and European Partnership. The deadline to do so is 30 days and the Council of Ministries has to report the Parliament on performing these plans, each three months.

The suggestion to invite the European Commission to give a status of the candidates of BiH to other countries in region has also been given.
