Nezavisne novine: BIHAĆ – The certificate for successfully finished Program of local administration reform, which was implemented in partnership with the OSCE Mission in BiH, has been assigned to the Municipality of Bihać. The certificate was handed in to the Mayor of this Municipality, Hamdija Lipovača, by the director of the Democratization Department of the OSCE Mission in BiH, Trevor Williams.
Since 2004, when the agreement with the OSCE Mission has been signed, Municipality of Bihać has achieved a huge progress in improving the efficacy of the local administration, which includes coordination of human resources and public finances.
Lipovača has said that successfully finished program of the Public Administration Reform represents a stimulus for continuation of all the projects which improve the life of citizens of this Municipality.
