Dnevni avaz: The Interdepartmental Working Group of BiH, responsible for realization of the “plan of path”, or the list of tasks which Brussels has set before the institutions of our country as a condition for visa abolishment, has on time submitted the report to the European Commission. It is a progress report, or the flow of fulfilling of conditions which have been set, and the plans for the coming period.

Despite the fact that the meeting with the representatives of the European Commission has been announced yesterday in Sarajevo, Samir Rizvo, chief of the Interdepartmental Group has said that this meeting has been canceled.

The colleagues from Brussels have notified us that before the meeting, when it should be talked about the concrete tasks of our country and the moves which need to follow, they want to examine the report which has been sent to them by us on Friday, meaning before the deadline that has passed on September 1st – Rizvo has said. It is about the complex material which contains more than 120 reports from different areas. According to opinion of our group, BiH has passed the first quarter of the path to the regime without visas, but is this sentence correct and what are the concrete tasks which BiH needs to fulfill, will be stated in the report of the European Commission, which is expected in the mid November.

However, Rizvo believes that BiH could fulfill all the obligations in the mid, or in worse case, at the end of next year. But when we fulfill everything what Brussels demands from us, the date of visa abolishment will depend on political decision of Brussels.
