Nezavisne novine: The Mayor f the Municipality of Foča, Zdravko Krsmanović yesterday has received the OSCE certificate for successfully implemented projects from the areas of public administration. Certificate was handed in by the Deputy Director of the Department for Democratization of the OSCE Mission in BiH, Viktor Manik.
“The Municipality of Foča has successfully implemented the modules of the Public Administration Reform, openness in accessing the information, ethical codex, partnership and planning community development” Manik has said while handing in this certificate. 70 municipalities have received this certificate by now.
