Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – Fatima Fatibegović, minister for urbanism, building and ecology of the RS, estimated yesterday in Sarajevo that the RS, by adoption of the Spatial Plan by 2015 and by drafting the Law on Spatial Planning and Building, made a great step forward in BiH in the field of creating ordered space, stimulating for investors.
“The objective of adoption of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building is that the RS gains the law which will significantly simplify and cheapen the procedures for acquisition of approvals needed for citizens”, said Fatibegović before the beginning of the round table on the topic “Influence of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations on Development of Business”.
Organizers of the round table are the Ministry of Urbanism, Building and Ecology of the RS, the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning, in cooperation with the USAID project “Spira”.
