Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – The Commission for state property on Tuesday should establish and send for adoption to the Council of Ministers of BiH the draft law on state property in BiH, said Zvonimir Kutleša, the chairman of this commission.

“The session of the Commission is scheduled for Tuesday. Considering that on the previous session we achieved a high degree of agreement on the model for division of property, I believe that on Tuesday we will establish a draft law and send it to the Council of Ministers”, said Kutleša.

He clarified that the Commission should adopt a draft law which stipulates that the state will own the property necessary for its functioning, and entities and the Brčko District would own the rest of the property which is on their territories.

Adnan Delić, member of the Commission, prepared and sent to this commission his version of the law.

“The Concept of my proposal stipulates that all the property will be registered as ownership of the state. Then the Parliament of BiH at the proposal of the Council of Ministers decides which property the state does not need. Property declared not needed for the state would be given to the entities and the Brčko District for permanent usage”, clarified Delić.

He announced that also representatives of the RS in the Commission for state property will submit their proposal of the law, according to which all the property would be given to the entities, and they would give a part to the state for usage.

The Chairman of the Commission expects these two additional proposals by the beginning of the session.

“Delić already sent his version of the law, and I believe that the same will be done by the representatives of the RS”, said Kutleša.
