Dnevni avaz: House of Representatives of BiH Commission for Finances and Budget, yesterday, with small corrections, adopted the Proposal of the Law on Salaries, which stipulates increase in incomes of the employees of the institutions of BiH.
Members did not adopt the proposal for increase of the lowest salaries to the police and army, except for the symbolic increase of the provisions by five per cent, and symbolically were decreased also the salaries of the first people of the Parliament and the Council of Ministers, as well as of the MPs and the delegates.
It is not good that the proposal of the SDA to increase the lower salaries by five to ten per cent and to decrease the salaries of the higher levels is not adopted. That is why we are not going to support the law like this and we are going to propose these amendments again in the Parliament – said Bajazit Jašarević.
Satisfied can be the civil servants in the Parliament, the Council of Ministers and the Presidency of BiH, to whom the quotients were increased from 2.90 to 3.25, and to the managing officers from 4.08 to 4.20.
Quotient was also increased to the director of the ITA from 8 to 8.2, and somewhat higher salaries will also receive the heads of the groups in the ITA and the secretary and the advisers in the Presidency. In the Commission they have not forgot themselves, so they adopted a decision that the MPs who are not professionally engaged in the Parliament, receive a difference of the salary which they have at the current post and the one received by the parliamentarians who are permanently employed in this institution.
