Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopted yesterday the Law on Usage and Protection of the Name of BiH which defines criteria and facilitates procedure of approval of usage of the name of BiH to legal persons.
Proposal of the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Basics of Traffic Safety on the Roads of BiH, which was discussed in first reading, did not win the support of the delegates. Proposed changes stipulate that, in exceptional cases, enabling of candidates in the period not longer than four years from enactment of this Law, besides the persons with university degree, can be done also by the persons with a college degree if they have at least five years of work experience on these jobs.
According to Serb delegate Dušanka Majkić, considering the condition in the traffic, it is necessary to improve the training of the driving candidates.
Adopted was decision of the Presidency of BiH on establishment of candidates for general’s positions in the Armed Forces of BiH, and the House of Peoples gave approval for ratification of several agreements closed by BiH.
Delegates adopted principles of the Proposal of the Framework Law on Protection and Saving of People and Goods from Natural or Other Disasters in BiH, and of the Proposal of the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Criminal Procedure, on which, on the basis of conclusions of both Parliamentary Houses, there will be a public discussion.
