Oslobođenje: Students of the Faculty of Public Administration, within expert internship, since mid February, are monitoring the work of the services in the Municipality of Novi Grad. The objective of the internship is practical application of the acquired theory knowledge during the studies and enablement of the students for autonomous execution of jobs of public administration.
“Municipality of Novi Grad accepted the request of the Faculty of Public Administration for internship of twelve students of sophomore year of the faculty with an objective of education and training of students”, said Želimir Lalić, assistant of the Municipal Mayor for general and local self governance.
Students had their internship in the services for veterans’ affairs, economy, education, culture and information and general and local self governance, as well as in the cabinet of the municipal mayor. In the next period, they will visit the Service for Finances and monitor the process of public procurements.
