Nezavisne noine: BANJALUKA – First issue of the magazine for administrative-legal theory and practice, entitled “Modern Administration”, published by the Public Administration Agency (PAA) of the RS, was presented yesterday in Banja Luka. The magazine has a task to support the public administration reform in the RS and BiH.
Igor Radojičić, Speaker of the People’s Assembly of the RS, said that every country in transition has to modernise, cheapen, depoliticise and make the public administration more efficient, and which has to be a service of citizens and economy.
Zoran Lipovac, Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government of the RS, expressed hope that the magazine “Modern Administration” will increase both internal and external communication without which there is no successful public administration.
