A Word on Integrity
The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office is firmly committed to a zero-tolerance policy on corruption. We recognize that the fight against corruption is crucial for our country’s prosperity and for our journey toward European integration. Since our establishment, we have been building an environment where integrity, ethics, and accountability are highly valued.
Our work is based on the highest ethical and professional standards. We were among the first state institutions to adopt our own Code of Ethics and Integrity Plan. We have analyzed all processes to minimize opportunities for any irregularities. We successfully manage the funds entrusted to us by donors of the Public Administration Reform Fund, ensuring full transparency of financial flows.
We invite you to help us in the fight for a better future. We recognize and value the courage of those who expose wrongdoings in society. Therefore, we will not allow anyone who reports corruption in good faith to be subjected to any form of harassment.

How to Report Corruption?
The Coordinator’s Office has adopted the Rulebook on Reporting Irregularities and/or Corruption, which defines the procedures for reporting and the protection of whistleblowers.
1. What can be reported?
- Corruption: All actions that constitute a criminal offense.
- Other irregularities: Actions that represent a violation of the Code of Ethics or disciplinary offenses, or actions that constitute a misdemeanor.
2. Types of Reporting
Reports can be:
- Confidential: The identity of the whistleblower is known only to the designated Commission.
- Anonymous: The identity of the whistleblower remains unknown.
3. Submitting a Report
You can submit a report in two ways:
- By email: To the address: prijavi.korupciju@parco.gov.ba
- By mail: To the Office’s address, with the note: “do not open – report of irregularities.”
