Dnevni avaz: The High Representative in BiH, Miroslav Lajčak and a chief of the European Commission Delegation in BiH, Dimitris Kourkoulas have yesterday delivered the new strategy of the EU towards BiH to the chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Nikola Špirić.
– The Council of Ministers of BiH will be dedicated to fulfilling the conditions for joining the EU. The Strategy is also a typical appeal to the BiH governments to renew their efforts in implementing necessary reforms – Špirić has said.
Lajčak has said that the strategy also speaks of strengthening the future special representative of the EU in BiH in relation to the standard. He has added that at the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs and the ministers of defense of the EU, it has been agreed that the EUFOR stays in BiH until political decision on the future transition.
– The EU will include itself more actively in the process of the Constitutional changes and give its proposals related to that question. The EU welcomes the agreement of three leaders which has been reached several days ago and expects the realization of that agreement – Lajčak has said.
In relation to that, Špirić has announced that on November 13th the thematic session of the Council of Ministers will be held, on which it would be talked about the budget, the state real estate and the population census.
