Yesterday, members of the working group for the implementation of the CAF model in PARCO, presented to the management of the institution the Report on the self-assessment of the organization according to this European model for quality management.
Namely, in cooperation with the Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA) and the Institute for Public Administration in Austria (KDZ Austria), PARCO started its third cycle of implementation of the CAF model in January of this year.
In accordance with the methodology, a working group was formed, which is based on nine CAF criteria and almost 200 questions compiled a report on the self-assessment of PARCO.
A total of 97 activities for improvement were proposed, all for the purpose of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of this organization. In the coming period, a workshop will be organized where an Action plan will be drawn up to improve the work of PARCO.
