The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina made individual decisions on amendments to the Decision on the Adoption of the Strategic Framework for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2022 and the Decision on the Adoption of the Action Plan for Public Administration Reform, after the adoption of the Information of PARCO on extending the period of their validity.
In this way, the period of validity of the Strategic Framework for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2022 is extended until 2027, together with the individual deadlines that will be moved.
Also, until 2027, the period of validity of the Action Plan for the Public Administration Reform is extended, including the deadlines for the implementation of individual activities.
Decisions enter into force on the day of their adoption and will be published in the “Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
In this way, it is possible to continue the implementation of planned measures and activities in the field of public administration reform, after the European Commission in the Report for Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2021, recognized the achievement of certain progress related to the adoption of the Action Plan for the Public Administration Reform and at the same time indicated to the challenges in its implementation.
