Within the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in BiH the inter-institutional working group for quality management developed a platform for exchange of experiences, learning about the best practices of other institutions and education of members in the area of quality management, particularly in the area of ISO 9001, through the mentoring process. A member of the inter-institutional working group, the Agency for Pre-school, Primary and Secondary Education (APOSO), has received a mentoring support from another group member – the Central Bank of BiH (CBBH) – in the further implementation of ISO 9001:2015.
Namely, the group member from the Central Bank of BiH, Slobodan Mandić, an independent expert for standardization of procedures and the most experienced member of the inter-institutional working group when it comes to ISO 9001, has been appointed by the CBBiH Governor’s Office as APOSO mentor in order to ensure the simplest implementation of the requirements for the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The success of the first meeting held in Banja Luka on 28 November 2017, in the CBBH premises, resulted in further strengthening of APOSO, whose management and quality team have a clear commitment toward continuous improvement of the process.
During the meeting, discussions were held about the mandatory documentation that has been previously developed by APOSO, with a special emphasis on the practical usage examples of various tools for the development of key elements in defining the business processes.
