Having in mind the increasing interest of the BIH institutions, as well as of other levels of the government for the use of the CAF quality management model in public administration, and the need for strengthening capacity and knowledge in CAF, the Civil Service Agency has, with the support of the GIZ Programme of Strengthening of Public Institutions, initiated a user-oriented CAF e-learning module for BiH.
The Head of the Civil Service Agency, Mr. Neven Akšamija, has expressed his satisfaction with the current use of the e-learning modules operating in the Agency and which, as such, by memoranda of understanding, have also been made available to the entity civil service/public administration agencies.
‘Through CAF implementation in the past period, we in the Agency have been convinced on importance and the use of this tool and we believe transferring knowledge in this area by quality content and concrete e-learning modules is of the key importance.’ said Mr. Akšamija.
