At the begining of March European Commission has started consultations on defining strategic objectives and selection for financial assistance to the Bosnia and Herzegovina in the frame of Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) for the period 2011-2013.
Although the MIPD (Multi-Annual Indicative Planning Document) is the document that the Commission approves this time great importance of this time was given to the connection assistance from IPA funds with national strategies and action plans BiH.
Therefore institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the state and entity levels, the Brcko District institutions, donors and civil society representatives were included in the process of preparation MIPD 2011-2013.
The aim of consultations was to identify common strategic objectives, expected results, banchmarks and indicators in the areas of assistance that will be included by this document in the next three year.
