At the session held on Friday in Mostar, members of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund have adopted the Report on Evaluation of Public Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Training of Civil Servants for Application of Information Technologies and Work on the Computers” with the proposal of measures – proposal of the Decision on Award of the Contract for Procurement of Services for Implementation of Project “Training of Civil Servants for Application of Information Technologies and Work on the Computers”.
The goal of this project is development of modern civil service in BiH in accordance with the European standards and the best practice, which will be able to respond to demands of integration processes in the EU and ensure a qualitative service to its citizens, clients from economic sector and other users of its services.
Since the decisions of the PARF JMB are being adopted unanimously, expected is a written declaration of members of the JMB, who have not been present at the session.
The PARF JMB has supported project proposals “Establishment of Modern Departments for Human Resources Management in the Bodies of Administration in BiH” from the reform area of Human Resources Management and “Publishing of Informative Material of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of the Brčko District of BiH” from the reform area of Institutional communication.
The goal of the project “Establishment of Modern Departments for Human Resources Management in the Bodies of Administration in BiH” is ensuring support in the public administration reform process and development of civil service in BiH through strategic transformation of the existing personnel functions in the direction of building of modern system and function of human resources management in the institutions and authorities of administration in BiH, while the project purpose of “Publishing of Informative Material of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of the Brčko District of BiH” is reducing the communication deficit between the institutions of administration and public.
The project proposal “Transposing EU Legislation in the BiH Legal System” from the reform area of Making Policies and Coordination Capacities has also been adopted. The goal of the project is improving of process of harmonization of domestic legislation with the EU legislation, which will quicken the process of getting BiH closer to the EU and contribute to getting BiH closer to the “Common European Administrative Space”.
Members of the PARF JMB have also approved the changes of tender documentation for the project “Improvement of Rules and Procedures for Legal, Other Regulations and General Documents Drafting in BiH” from the reform area of Making Policies and Coordination Capacities.
