II. 4 DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: (use additional sheet if necessary)

Services of IT training for 1600 civil servants in total, as in the tender documentation and according to the following lots:

LOT 1 – Services of IT training for 200 civil servants from different institutions from the level of BiH

LOT 2 – Services of IT training for 750 civil servants from different bodies of administration from the level of the Federation of BiH

LOT 3 – Services of IT training for 500 civil servants from different bodies of administration of the Republic of Srpska

LOT 4 – Services of IT training for 150 civil servants from different bodies of administration of the Brčko District of BiH

II. 5.   TOTAL QUANTITY (NUMBER OF UNITS) AND/OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

As in tender documentation. Maximum value of the budget for the contract is 825.000,00 KM with the VAT included (for all lots).

Territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. locations as described in more detail in the tender documentation.

IV. 4 CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 of the PPL):

Tender documentation can be obtained by August 16, 2009 every work day from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. at the address of the Contracting Authority stated under I.1, or it will be delivered to the interested suppliers at their request. The request for delivery of tender documentation, the suppliers are to send in writing (by mail or fax). The fee is not foreseen for taking the tender documentation.

IV.5.    LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER,if other than official BiH languages are also accepted (article 8 PPL)

Tenders are to be submitted in one of the official languages of BiH

The Contracting Authority will publicly open tenders in the open procedure on August 26, 2009 at the address Vrazova 9 in Sarajevo at 12:00 hrs.

Section V:     ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. The tender is to contain all the required documents stated in this notice on procurement, as well as documents mentioned in the tender documentation in the manner and form set forth in the tender documentation, otherwise it can be eliminated because of formal-legal or essential shortcomings.

2. Suppliers may in written form (by mail or fax) request from the contracting authority clarification of the tender documentation not later than 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders stated under IV.6. i.e. by August 16, 2009 or by sending a letter to the fax no. 033/565-761, contact person Aleksandar Karišik or Svjetlana Bošnjak.

3. The Contracting Authority bears no costs incurred by tenderers related to this Public Procurement Notice.

4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of the contract for reasons-cases stipulated by the Article 12 of the Law on Public Procurements, on which it will notify the tenderers and publish notice on cancellation.
